Kate moved to Perth from Ireland in October 2011 and joined Fletcher Law in December 2011.

She graduated from the National University of Ireland, Galway with a Bachelor of Arts in Public and Social Policy in 2007 and with a Bachelor of Laws in 2009.  In 2011 Kate graduated from the University of Limerick with a Master of Laws.

Kate was admitted in Western Australia in April 2015.

Kate practises in both general commercial law and commercial litigation.  She is sensitive to and understanding of her clients’ needs.  She takes a practical approach and provides solutions in a cost effective manner.

Kate has been involved in a wide range of dispute resolution matters with respect to contract law, consumer law, directors’ and officers’ duties, corporations law and restraint of trade.  She has a particular interest in debt recovery, personal and corporate insolvency and employment law.

Outside of work, Kate enjoys travelling, socialising, music and walking her two dogs!
